Welcome to the official submissions portal for the Naturally Good Awards 2025.
Entry into award categories open for submission are all online via this awards portal, unless otherwise stated.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Please read all the information on this page including the Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your submission. Please be sure to understand the entry and eligibility requirements before proceeding with your entry.
To begin, click the ‘Next’ button below.
Step 2 – Choose the category you want to enter in through the ‘Choose Awards Category’ drop-down menu. Read the category information and criteria that appears below. Select ‘Next’ to view entry questions and proceed with your submission form.
Step 3 – Fill out all required fields for your submission.
Save and Continue Later - You can save changes to your submission until you make your payment by clicking on the ‘Save and Continue Later’ button at the bottom of each page. Enter your email address and save the link to return and pick up where you left off.
To avoid losing work due to potential technical issues, it is highly recommended you prepare your entry text in a document and paste into the portal once ready to submit.
Click ‘Next’ once you are ready to submit.
Step 4 – Make payment for your submission. The fees (including GST) for your submission will be shown here. Click ‘Submit’ and you’ll be taken to the eWay payment portal to enter your credit card details for payment.
You will receive a confirmation email and invoice confirming your entry into the Naturally Good Awards 2025.
Enter one submission at a time - Please note you are only able to save progress for one submission at a time. If entering multiple categories, please complete your first submission and repeat the process above for each submission you are entering by selecting the appropriate category.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PRODUCT SUBMISSION
Please note the following categories require you to submit a physical sample of the product to be distributed to the judges: Best Food Product, Best Beverage Product
Brands must provide 8 samples per submission. Product must be received no later than 24 February 2025 to the Diversified Melbourne office. Product received after this date are not guaranteed to reach out judges for the judging process. For full instructions please read the Frequently Asked Questions.
ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES
Early Bird Entries: 5 December 2024 - 19 January 2025 by 11:59 PM AEST (249 AUD + GST)
General Entries: 20 January - 21 February 2025 by 11:59 PM AEST (329 AUD + GST)
JUDGING PERIOD
Judging commences 24 February 2025.
FINALISTS
You will be notified by email if you are successfully shortlisted as a Finalist in your category by 10 April 2025.
AWARDS CEREMONY
Winners will be announced at the Naturally Good 10 Year Celebration & Awards function event on the evening of Monday 26 May 2025 (Day 1 of the Naturally Good exhibition)
It is a condition of entry that all finalists have a representative present on the night to collect the award.
