Welcome to the official submissions portal for the Naturally Good Awards 2025.
Entry into award categories open for submission are all online via this awards portal, unless otherwise stated. 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1 - Please read all the information on this page including the Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your submission. Please be sure to understand the entry and eligibility requirements before proceeding with your entry. 

To begin, click the ‘Next’ button below. 

Step 2 – Choose the category you want to enter in through the ‘Choose Awards Category’ drop-down menu. Read the category information and criteria that appears below. Select ‘Next’ to view entry questions and proceed with your submission form. 

Step 3 – Fill out all required fields for your submission. 

Save and Continue Later - You can save changes to your submission until you make your payment by clicking on the ‘Save and Continue Later’ button at the bottom of each page. Enter your email address and save the link to return and pick up where you left off. 

To avoid losing work due to potential technical issues, it is highly recommended you prepare your entry text in a document and paste into the portal once ready to submit. 

Click ‘Next’ once you are ready to submit. 

Step 4 – Make payment for your submission. The fees (including GST) for your submission will be shown here. Click ‘Submit’ and you’ll be taken to the eWay payment portal to enter your credit card details for payment. 

You will receive a confirmation email and invoice confirming your entry into the Naturally Good Awards 2025. 

Enter one submission at a time - Please note you are only able to save progress for one submission at a time. If entering multiple categories, please complete your first submission and repeat the process above for each submission you are entering by selecting the appropriate category.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

PRODUCT SUBMISSION
Please note the following categories require you to submit a physical sample of the product to be distributed to the judges: Best Food Product, Best Beverage Product
Brands must provide 8 samples per submission. Product must be received no later than 24 February 2025 to the Diversified Melbourne office. Product received after this date are not guaranteed to reach out judges for the judging process. For full instructions please read the Frequently Asked Questions.

JUDGING PERIOD
Judging commences 24 February 2025. 

FINALISTS
You will be notified by email if you are successfully shortlisted as a Finalist in your category by 10 April 2025. 

AWARDS CEREMONY
Winners will be announced at the Naturally Good 10 Year Celebration & Awards function event on the evening of Monday 26 May 2025 (Day 1 of the Naturally Good exhibition)
It is a condition of entry that all finalists have a representative present on the night to collect the award.

ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The period of applications is from 5 December 2024 - 21 February 2025. Extensions beyond 21 February 2025 will not be granted unless otherwise deemed by Diversified.
2. By registering, you understand and accept the entry fee for entries submitted as follows: Early Bird Entries: 5 December 2024 - 19 January 2025 by 11:59 PM AEST (249 AUD + GST), General Entries: 20 January - 21 February 2025 by 11:59 PM AEST (329 AUD + GST)
3. The decision of the judging panel is final except where new information comes to light after judging, in which case a ruling may be made by Diversified. Where misleading information is supplied, regardless of intention, Diversified reserves the right to disqualify entries. Entries reasonably believed by the judging panel or Diversified to be ineligible or scam will be disqualified. By participating, entrants accept Diversified may run these awards as it sees fit without right of appeal. The scope of the awards covers products and brands based in, and activity sold in, Australia and New Zealand.
4. All payment into the Naturally Good Awards are accepted through this Awards Portal via Credit Card. Payments to the Naturally Good Awards are final and non-refundable. All entry results are final and refunds are not granted based on award results.
5. Judges will not participate in judging any entries in which they have a direct interest.
6. Only entries received via this online awards platform will be deemed valid and judged.
7. For all product categories, the product release date of your entry must be after 1 January 2023. Only product entries that meet this period will be deemed eligible for entry and judging.
8. Product entries that require a physical sample of product to be submitted for the judges must be received at the Diversified Melbourne office no later than 24 February 2024. 8 samples per submission must be provided. Product received after this date will not be guaranteed to be sent to the judges.
9. Please be aware that any information from submitted entries (both text and imagery), may be subject to publication by Diversified. By registering you consent to Diversified using entry information for uses including and not limited to; during the voiceover at the awards presentation, publication on the event website and relevant platforms, and in promotion of the awards across Diversified channels. It is at the discretion of the entrant in sharing confidential or trademarked information in their entry.
10. By submitting your entry you agree to your details being shared with Diversified for the purpose of contacting in relation to the Naturally Good Awards.

The Best Food Product award honours new and exceptional natural products in food categories that feature natural, high-quality ingredients and appeal to the consumer through a unique point of difference. These products should stand out for their innovation – delivering fresh and exciting food offerings to the market while promoting health, wellbeing and sustainability. This category celebrates brands that redefine and elevate the future of natural food offerings for the consumer.

To be eligible for this category, the product must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

• Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
• Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product sits in. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
• Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. Particular consideration will be taken for products that demonstrate free from elements, and functional ingredients.
• Efficacy - Describes how well the product works to perform its task based on its purpose, with considerations such as taste, and value for money.

The Best Beverage Product award celebrates outstanding new products in the beverage category that feature natural, high-quality ingredients and appeal to the consumer through a unique point of difference. These products should demonstrate innovation, offering fresh and exciting options in the natural beverage space. This award recognises brands that push boundaries in the beverage category, while promoting health, sustainability and a unique and elevated experience for consumers seeking a natural beverage offering.

To be eligible for this category, the product must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

• Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
• Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product sits in. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
• Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. Particular consideration will be taken for products that demonstrate free from elements, and functional ingredients.
• Efficacy - Describes how well the product works to perform its task based on its purpose, with considerations such as taste, and value for money.

The Best Complementary Medicine Product award recognises outstanding natural products, encompassing vitamins, supplements, and remedies categories, with a focus on quality ingredients, functional benefits, efficacy, and a unique point of difference. These products should offer the conscious consumer effective solutions to enhance well-being, delivering impactful results while promoting health, sustainability, and holistic wellness for a positive lifestyle.

To be eligible for this category, the product must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

• All entrants in this category must be listed on the ARTG (Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods)
  *Complementary medicines are described as non-prescription medicines available from health food shops, supermarkets and pharmacies and should not replace medical treatments recommended by healthcare professionals. More information here.
  
• Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
• Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product sits in. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
• Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. Particular consideration will be taken for products that demonstrate free from elements, and functional ingredients.

The Best Certified Organic Product award recognises products that are grown and processed organically. This includes products that are free from synthetic chemicals, fertilisers, or GMOs. This award celebrates brands committed to providing authentic and exciting, quality organic products for the consumer, that focus on sustainability and promote long term health and wellbeing.

To be eligible for this category, the product must hold certification from a recognised Australian organic body, and must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

•    Certification – Has a certification from a recognised Australian organic body.
•    Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
•    Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product sits in. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
•    Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. 
•    Efficacy - Describes how well the product works to perform its task based on its purpose, with considerations such as taste, formulas used, application, value for money, and any other features that contribute to the consumer’s experience using the product.
•    Readiness for Market - Demonstrates a solid go-to market strategy, describing the journey to market with consideration on factors such as current distribution channels, stockists, marketing, and pricing.
•    Product Future - Demonstrates a clear vision and plan for the future of the product, with consideration of opportunities for growth in scale and business planning.

The Best Beauty & Personal Care Product award celebrates outstanding new natural products in the beauty, cosmetic and personal care categories. These products should demonstrate a mindful approach to beauty and personal care, offering solutions to the consumer who is looking for clean and natural ingredients for application, quality and efficacy, strength of brand, and a unique point of difference. This category seeks an innovative, appealing, yet mindful approach to self-care offerings on the market.

To be eligible for this category, the product must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

•    Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
•    Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product sits in. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
•    Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. 
•    Efficacy - Describes how well the product works to perform its task based on its purpose, with considerations such as formulas used, application, lasting wear, value for money, and any other features that contribute to the consumer’s experience using the product.

To be eligible for this category, the product must have been officially released to market after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed are as follows:

This category seeks a natural product brand that has created a stand-out ready-for-market product, demonstrated strength in purpose and mission, can articulate its journey and story and future plans. 

Eligible brands offer products from any of the following categories: food, drink, vitamins, supplements and remedies, home and living, or beauty and personal care.

To be eligible for this category, business must have started after 1 January 2023.

Criteria that will be assessed will be as follows:

•    Purpose & Story - Describes the story of the product's conception and development journey, identifying a clear purpose and place in market.
•    Innovation & Unique Point of Difference - Clearly identifies which category the product/s the brand services. Demonstrates a unique point of difference that makes the product/s exceptional in this category, whilst identifying innovative factors, and describing its appeal to consumers.
•    Product Ingredients - Clearly lists ingredients transparently, demonstrating and describing how it is natural. 
•    Efficacy - Describes how well the product works to perform its task based on its purpose, with considerations such as formulas used, application, value for money, and any other features that contribute to the consumer’s experience using the product.
•    Readiness for Market - Demonstrates a solid go-to market strategy, describing the journey to market with consideration on factors such as current distribution channels, stockists, marketing, and pricing.
