Competitive Compensation

We offer a comprehensive Paid Time Off program, including 4 weeks annual leave, 10 days paid holidays, bereavement, jury duty, sick leave, parental leave (12 weeks pay for primary carer and 6 weeks pay for secondary carer), and disability time, plus one Volunteer Day per calendar year to give back to the community and spend time together as a team.

Employee Wellbeing

Employee wellbeing is one of our top priorities. We provide two wellness days off in a calendar year (in addition to annual leave and personal leave accruals), annual Wellness Week activities and weekly morning walks (and team breakfasts!) and our offices are equipped with modern end-of-trip facilities. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program, for our employees to access many options for support.

FLEXIBLE WORKING

One schedule size does not fit all. We recognise the benefit of providing employees with the flexibility and support to balance work and demands in their personal life. We have a hybrid working arrangement where we are 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Giving Back

Two of our core values are Caring and Community, and our employees take advantage of many opportunities to do service work and give back to their communities. Employees can nominate a charity of their choice to receive a $200 contribution, participate in our annual fundraising efforts, and are supported with Volunteer Time through our Paid Time Off policies.

We help employees save for retirement by contributing 11.5% of their annual salary to Superannuation, and an annual profit-sharing contribution based on performance.
